The Universe will continue to expand...

Washington: An Indian-origin cosmologist at Yale University has conducted a
study that indicates that the expansion of the universe will continue to expand forever. Priyamvada Natarajan used a massive galaxy cluster as a cosmic magnifying lens to study the nature of dark energy for the first time.

Kind of reminds you of the movie 2012 where the Indian Scientist is the one to discover that the Global apocolypsis is going to happen and in fact is far ahead of schedule from what scientists had previously thought.

If indeed the Universe is expanding, then what of the 'other' dimensional realms coexisting here as well even though unseen or detected by this string in reality?

In theoretical physics,
M-theory is an extension of string theory in which 11
dimensions are identified. Because the dimensionality exceeds the dimensionality
of superstring
theories
in 10 dimensions, it is believed that the 11-dimensional theory
unites all five string theories (and supersedes them). Though a full description
of the theory is not yet known, the low-entropy dynamics are known to be supergravity
interacting with 2- and 5-dimensional membranes.

Will this be the saving grace from an all out Galactic end game for our Universe? Are these the loop holes we will have to discover before time does run out and we find a vast empty space of nothing but ice and frigid emptiness deviod of life?
